Hard back binding in publisher's original emerald green and gilt cloth fold over portfolio, gilt title to the spine and to the front cover of the portfolio in Art Deco style type face. 4to. 12˝'' x 9Ľ''. Rubáiyát consisting of a portfolio containing one 12pp booklet, 16 unbound single-sided cards printed in red and green on heavy card stock, and a set of 15 unbound cards of monochrome full page illustrations. The booklet of 75 verses of the quatrains are from Edward Fitzgerald's first edition translation, with an introduction written by the artist, Mera Ben Kavas Sett. The 16 unbound cards which follow have hand written text printed in green, surrounded by the illustrations and ornamentation in red, by Sett.
