Wood, The Reverend J. G. (1827-1889) [General Sir Edward Bowater KCH (1787 - 14 December 1861) was a British soldier and courtier, in 1839 Bowater married Emilia Mary, the daughter of Colonel Michael Barne. From the private library of General Sir Edward Bowater with his and his wife's (Emilia Mary), bookplate inside.
