The research was completed but of the intended History of Lincoln School only the first four chapters, taking that history up to 1587, were written. They are here reproduced with the notes as in the original manuscript, together with the play entitled 'Elizabethan Schooldays', which was written by the Reverend and performed at Lincoln School in 1953 in honour of the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.
