Belonging to Henry Lehman, founder of Lehman Brothers financial services, with his name to the top of each title page. Neatly repaired fraying of the cloth to the spine edges, rear hinge to volume II is cracked, corners worn through to the boards, lots of ink and pencil notes to the margins, probably by Lehman.
