Coffee circa 1925. 1925 Publisher's original light camel brown card wrap covers [softback] secured with two steel rivets through the inside gutter. 8vo. 9½'' x 7¼''. Contains 11 page introduction followed by 65 pages which have been divided up into City of London, England, Scotland, Irish Free State [1922], and Wales. Each country being represented by heraldic colour stamps adhered into each nine place page. For example, the first page [Greater London] with nine places contains a stamp for Battersea, Bromley, Camberwell, Croydon, Ealing, and Hackney, with the stamps for Bermondsey, Chelsea, and Fulham missing. Approximately half the stamps through all the countries are missing. The last six pages show how H.A.G. Coffee go about there business worldwide with small inset photographs. Lord Rosebery gives a detailed explanation to the Edinburgh School Children (February 22nd, 1908) on the construction of the flag. Note tipped to the front cover explaining how Thomas Nelson, of Edinburgh, have kindly allowed this Union Jack to be purchased specially for the Members of Junior Branch of the Imperial Maritime League for presentation on Empire Day, 24th May 1909.
