Publisher's original plain ivory white stiff thick card wrap covers, deckle page edges. 8vo. 8'' x 4''. Contains [vii] 46 [i] printed pages of text with red and green flower design to the title page. 1 of 450 copies of this book have been printed on Kelmscott handmade paper. 'Fragilia Labilia - an Old World title of a little song-garland - is not to be found among any of John Addington Symonds' published poems. Written mostly between 1860 and 1862. Privately printed for its author's own use it remains unmentioned in bibliographical lists, nor has it ever appeared in the almost inevitable book sale which takes place as soon as a well known author dies. A rare distinction even if there were no other!' Very Good clean condition book with floral designed front cover dust wrapper by Thomas B.
