Subscription Copy No. 114. Contains [xl] 695 printed pages of text with 4 full-page monochrome photographs, three fold-out maps to the rear. Light foxing to the over-lapping page edges, corners turned-in and in Very Good clean condition, no dust wrapper. Loosely inserted typed letter headed July 1914 and typed subsequently: 'In July 1914 I reached the ante-final of the Junior Sculling. I passed the winning post first and naturally concluded that I had got into the final. However, to my bitter disappointment I found that inadvertently at one point during the race I had moved into the station of one of my opponents - Maurice Buxton - and one of my skulls touched his boat. etc. Member of the P.B.F.A.
