Hard back binding in publisher's original colour illustrated russet brown cloth covers, gilt title lettering to the spine, gilt title block lettering and coloured fish illustration with a fishing line and float going down through the waves to the front cover, also to the front cover is a colour inset illustration of two dogs and two children dancing, all page edges gilt, brown tinted advertisements to the end papers. Quarto 9'' x 7''. Contains 140 [x] printed pages of text with green tinted illustrations printed in Bavaria and monochrome illustrations throughout. Just a little snagging of the cloth to the ends of the spine, without any ownership markings and in Very Good clean and bright condition.
