He gives an account of the last minutes of his flying mission, his parachute descent, attempted evasion and capture and relates about his meeting with John Clinton (Michael Codner) and their earlier days of captivity during 1942-43 and the camps Dulag Luft and Oflag XXIB, their escape plans, first tunnel and the bitter disappointment of failure.
