First edition hard back binding in publisher's original moss green cloth covered boards, spine and front cover lettered in gilt and elaborately decorated from a design by Hugh Thomson, all page edges gilt, green end sheets. 12mo. 7½'' x 5¼''. Contains tissue-guarded frontispiece, [xiii], 89 pp with 50 monochrome illustrations throughout by Hugh Thomson. Spine sun faded, ink message inside dated 1909 and in Very Good condition. Member of the P.B.F.A.
